Expression patterns, annotations, and phenotypes can be screened simultaneously by selecting the
desired location of expression and then entering keywords or phrases in
the Annotation, and Phenotype textboxes. (To make more complex queries of annotations
and expression, please use the "Annotations" and "Expression" pages.)
At least 2 of the input types must be filled.
For example, entering "shoot apical
meristem", "kinase", and "small plant" would select lines
having expression in the shoot apical meristem AND insertions in or
near genes annotated as kinases AND small plant phenotypes. Specificity of expression can be selected by setting
all other menus to "none". If more than one tissue is selected, lines
showing expression in both, not either, will be returned.
